Bruce Museum: Climate Change

With Night Kitchen Interactive, we created an interactive installation for a climate change exhibit at The Bruce Museum in Greenwich, CT.

Designed for the Bruce Museum's Seaside Center, the project took the form of a weather-resistant mobile touchscreen kiosk that brought local climate stories into the gallery through two interactive experiences. One, Sea Levels of the Future, visualized different sea level rise scenarios against familiar nearby landmarks; the other, Carbon Footprint Pledge, invited visitors to explore concrete actions and see how much carbon each choice could save.

The installation expanded on a larger set of touchscreens Night Kitchen had previously developed for the Bruce's Natural Science Gallery, translating climate data into a more immediate, place-based visitor experience that emphasized both impact and agency.
